Announcing 1st 3 Ideas for Incubation ▲ AdelWiki™
Progress is speeding up as we move into the end of Q4’17. The first three ideas from the community have now been loaded into the Collaboration Module for the Idea Incubation Phase (I2), and are open for editing and discussion. The best ideas agreed on by the community will graduate to the Project Planning Phase (P2). Stay tuned for the release of ideas to the module, which we’ll be rolling out in parts in the next few weeks

• EPic • A platform that rewards content creators for posting photos, and minimizes the complex issues of copyright terms for creators. Think Steemit meets Instagram.
• Blockchain Voting • Governments, businesses, NGOs and other organizations can run and validate a vote on the blockchain. The system would be cheaper, faster, easier and more secure that traditional voting systems.
• P2P ATM • Anyone with a smartphone who needs to exchange cash or crypto can become a walking ATM. The app would allow people to search by location, broadcast an offer, and connect with others who wish to trade allowing for lower transaction costs, more convenience and greater accessibility across currencies.

The purpose of this document is to create a public document that will be publicly posted as marketing promotion. This will reside on the Adel homepage (
https://adel.io), as well as other locations utilized by Adel. I2 helps promote Adel’s incubation initiative, and helps bring new members to the community. New members bring more expertise, more passion, and more entrepreneurs, to help incubate blockchain projects that will change the world.

Voting Results! ▲ $ADL on Ethereum
The results are in. After three days of voting on the Adel Community Portal, the community has decided to swap all ADL coins on the NXT blockchain for ERC20 compatible cryptocurrency on the Ethereum blockchain. The results were split as follows:
• 3% Option 1 • Only ADL/Ardor , No ADE
• 21% Option 2 • ADL/Ardor ◄► ADE/Ethereum
• 76% Option 3 • ADL/Nxt ► ADE/Ethereum
We believe that $ADE will be a positive initiative for Adel and our community, by:
• Attracting new members
• Bringing new expertise to Adel via stakeholders and membership
• Raising the awareness of Adel in other blockchain communities
• Increasing trading volume, market cap, and coin value
• Increase Adel's exposure as an agnostic blockchain
• Widening Adel's reach in Crypto when projects are launched
• Attracting new strategic partnership opportunities
• Diversifying Adel's equity into additional blockchain baskets
