Ross Ulbricht is in lifetime prison. you can check his current status even in Wikipedia page. but surprisingly the silk road is still running as nothing has happened. this business is not stoppable and even if any authority is able to stop silk road then also it is not gonna slow down that illegal stuff. they are making all those stuff in massive quantity and spreading it through out the world.
