So far I'm up to 38 days without any human interaction within my ticket regarding my BTC withdrawal hitting the "Awaiting Approval" status.

Ticket: #337772

Completely unacceptable in my eyes considering Poloniex is the biggest exchange out there. I'm also level 2 verified with a level 3 trader status.

My family and I are beginning to suffer financially because of this situation, and it seems that quite simply nobody has two cares in the world of my personal situation or the impact this is beginning to have in real life.

How long have you been waiting for a response from Poloniex?

Are you replying to the ticket? It's possible you're bumping your ticket back to the end of the queue of you're doing that.

Creating a new ticket and waiting for a reply may be, depending on the settings of their ticket systems, better than replying to an existing ticket.

I am responding to the ticket on a regular basis as of 3 days ago as I checked out some trollbox history and saw one of the moderators advise someone to bump their ticket consistently to get a quicker response, so I typically considered this to be the best method of practice in this situation. I've also read about horror stories regarding support tickets still awaiting response after 60 days of waiting, and even in some cases 90 days..

As far as my own experienced is concerned, the best way to bump tickets is by creating another one and not by replying on the same ticket. The interval is per day after 3 days of no response. They really can't handled massive amount of concerns that's why we must think of a way eventhough we don't know how tickets are being queue in their system.

In my record, the longest time I have wait so far is 10 days and my withdrawal problem solved.

Then ignore my advice. As I said, it depends on the settings of their ticket system.

Have you tried to post your ticket ID to their BitcoinTalk thread? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=420836.0

You can also PM busoni, the OP of the thread.

Best of luck.

@Harizen - If you don't mind me asking, when was it that you had the issue that was resolved after 10 days? I have created several other tickets since the original, but still no response in those either.

@poordeveloper - Sorry, I wasn't dis-regarding your advice, just pointing out that I had already made replies to the ticket before posting this thread and reading your suggestion. I haven't posted my ticket ID in the thread as of yet, but I'll be sure to do that right away along with sending a message to the OP, thank you.

I was just honestly telling you that, since my guesses were probably wrong, you should ignore them. Now I reread my post I think it could have come as aggressive. Cheesy

A friend of mine has millions worth of BTC and altcoins stuck on Crapoliex. He's been trying to get them off since January.. He had to hire an attorney and he still hasn't seen his funds..

Sorry you got caught up in their ponzi scheme, looks like Shittrex is going down the same road. I've been calling it out for a while now.. I was lucky enough to get my coins off there before their liquidity problem became a real issue. Try their IRC channel and bug the shit out of them until they respond.

@poordeveloper - It's okay no problem Smiley

As far as my ticket's concerned, I have been assigned with "Javan", who seems to be in the land of nod since 38 days ago..

I'm personally offering a $2,500 bounty from my Poloniex account balance to the person who may be able to assist in contacting these guys direct or at least speeding up the response process.. Re-mortgaging our family home is becoming a serious possibility as the days go by Sad

Still haven't received any kind of response.

I'm personally going to set aside up to $5,000 from my Poloniex wallet balance to donate to those who help me get some exposure or some kind of contact with Poloniex to resolve these issues.

Damn... Still no response, this really sucks.

I've had one that has held up for a few hours, and i was getting worried. But somehow, it just went through by itself after a few hours a waiting. However i have seen people that have waited for month sand still haven't gotten anything.

It seems like they may be targeting certain accounts that have bigger balances. Not sure, though. But why in the world is anyone still using them? On coinmarketcap they are still rank 6 in terms of volume.

I'm not sure what you can do. If i knew, i would have definitely helped you. They've essentially removed all available platforms for you to reach them, they have no phone number, physical address doesn't belong to them, trollbox has been removed, even the linkedin profile of the founder of polo is set to private.

I guess you could try just keep opening new tickets, and hope for a response, or try to reach out on twitter. Both of which i'm not optimistic about, and all of the possible outcomes will involve lots of waiting. If you get your money, withdraw it. Don't return.

Again, i feel sorry for you and i wish i could help you further. But all i can give you in advice is above.
