I can write a simple page with BTC lottery. F.e. you buy a ticket for 0.01-0.05 btc, and I get 1% of this (for next developing), and rest is for a prize/prizes for 1-3 addresses that system choose.
Anyone interested in?

Why don't you code out a proof of concept and then show it to people to get feedback? Unless you are trying to get people to help you with building it.
