Who has knowledge of creating crowdsale contracts with ethereum and can do this for me for $20?

Also does anyone know: is it possible i receive ETH investments directly or i have to wait until ICO is finished? So in other words can’t i make this just a simple sale buyer receives my coins instantly and i receive their investment in ETH instantly?

Creating a Crowdsale contact is simple.
Please provide your logic to me in a PM and I'll tell you if it's possible and the degree of complexity so you know what you should expect
