COOL is far from dead and the dev is here. Just a little busy with life. Things may be moving slowly at the moment but will not halt, there is no need to worry.

Just send some cool tokens to your friends, hold some, and enjoy. This is not a pump-n-dump project.

Dev, when can we be listed on an exchange like say, CoinExchange? 90% of my portfolio is on HODL mode because I'm into long-term positioning but if we get listed those who can't have COOL tokens by participating in bounties and/or airdrops would have an avenue to buy and trade some and to stimulate the market.

You got your tokens for free, and there is no exchanges selling these tokens so how did the dev sell them? it doesn't make sense lol.
