How do I create a code?
On your BTC-e main page, first log in then click finances in the top right corner of the page. Find the cryptocurrency you would like to use and click withdraw next to it. Scroll to the bottom of the page and enter the amount and click "Make BTC-e Code". Despite what the fee listings say THERE IS NO FEE FOR GENERATING A BTC-e code! You will receive a confirmation email from BTC-e to withdraw. Open the email and click the confirmation link. You will then be given a code which you will send to me for reimbursement.

I would sincerely hope so, because when a BTC-e code is generated, the funds never leave the exchange so there is no withdrawal, ergo logically, no withdrawal fee.

Often people are confused because the interface they set up appears to charge a fee when it really doesn't. I just wanted to make this clear so there is no confusion.
