I just want somebody copy&paste to his topic, I've made two orders, one on 28th March and the other on 8th April, it was shipped after some 20 days, I understand, that's OK but the problem is that my customs ( I'm from Poland ) require me to provide them invoice in USD not in BTC, I've been requesting these two stupid invoices for almost 10 days now, and if I don't provide them the item is shipped back to the sender, I want my gold and only thing I need are two stupid pdf files that coinabul's poor customer service cannot generate for me for 10 days, I've sent 6 emails and called them, tried to call today but no response, please somebody put that in their thread so PERHAPS they would see it and do something if they care for reputation which I believe they don't, just to let you know coinabul team if you read this my orders are :

100000781
100000709

please email me those pdf invoices, if not GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK RIGHT NOW

Try contacting a mod/posting in the white-list thread to see if you can get past the Newbie stage.

Im having a very similar problem. My order is stuck in customs because the "commercial invoice" is missing according to fedex.
No reply from coinabul for over two weeks. The package will get sent back any day now and I seriously doubt that coinabul will give any refunds, I mean if they wont sent my a simple ducument why would they send money

Surely it wouldn't be that hard for Coinabul to include a BTC->USD at time of purchase invoice with the orders? I've been hearing a lot of bad things about them lately.

Seems like they are having a lot of issues shipping outside of the US. I wonder if people who order within the US have the same long delay?

Honestly sometimes I have the same problem. Sometimes it can take 3 weeks for an item to mailed from the US to Germany via USPS.

I hope my order goes through...

I will post how it goes for an honest review of a customer US based!
