ok sayt your in a pool. in my case nannopool and you set you auto[payout threshhold to .3 ether so is less fees. not what if between the time you where at .2 though .3 the market suddenly jump up alot. would you still recieve the same amount of ether

Amount of ether depends on your hashing power, current difficulty and block reward. It has nothing to do with its market value.
