How do you think about the price of ETH end of this year.

I lost just small amount (5 ETH) because i bought the highest price.

I think you should hold it. The roll back in price of ethereum is just minor. It will gain back its loss in a mean time and continue to increase bit by bit after that. Selling now will let you gain less profit or even deficit on your capital. That's not good. You may wait for another pump in price then sell it if you think that's the right price you want. That will require a lot patience and perseverance so that your hardwork will be paid equally

I agree - do not sell eth in this dip.  This is when you need to buy more eth.  I also suggest buying PIVX and I am also going to take a risk on NEO as this has lost over 55% of its value from the peak.

In december i had 500 eth, sold way to early. I was a new to crypto.  Don't make the same mistake like me. We are at the start of a new global market. Same goes for Neo, got it from under 5$, i  believe it wil touch 400$ and above.

Selling is also good if u sell at the beginning of a major crash like in July, and buy back lower. Never sell at the bottom, like now it is to late.

I feel for you as that must have hurt.  I agree regarding eth and NEO.  I think buying NEO is a little risky but the rewards could be great.

if it were any other time i would have said invest what you can afford to lose and if it is 250 ETH then so be it. hold it if you like or sell a small amount and hold the rest.

but ever since this ICO thing with China and the fact that ETH only thrives on ICOs i am not sure anymore. it has become very risky to go near ethereum anymore. it can see a terrible future ahead of itself because of this new change.

if you dont trust ETH will go high then sell half and hold half thats the best but now if i have that i will hold it because i trust that altcoin will go so high after a few months,think positive thats the way here in trading if you dont risk you dont have profit thats the cycle here

There is a good answer, the first to keep our ethereum and the second try to buy the omisego token. It seems to be a good deal, we know this month metropolis will be released and omise can be considered as a crypto that didn't get any impact by the government.

I don't think you should be asking for investment advice on the internet.

Why not? Its a forum and anyone could really post or seek advice on here and its really much better compared on taking any steps without any knowledge but op should really watch out on those people who are just trying to make shills on some certain coins. Holding ETH for long term is good but you can always make diversification on some coins too which you do saw that do have potential.

I dont know if it is all crypto investment you have. If so, you should keep a little bit but you should divide your risk buying other coins as well. You can exchange 200 of them with 4 5 different coins. If you have other investments as well than you can hold more. It will probably go above 500 usd in a few months.

i use to have a lot back then its price was yet $7. if i just knew this project will be this huge, i could have save a lot of them on my wallet. 250 ETH is already worth keeping this time. hold it or buy some tokens that will generate dividends for you. if its price is going to go up to $1k, you'd be already be able to buy happiness.

You know it could go beyond the price now. There is a lot of ICO's now which are holding a lot of ETH.
The price change will always be there as long as this ICO's are here. Buyers of the new tokens will need to buy ETH first which can bring a demand to it.

I do agree. ETH has already recovered now and its above $3xx. 250 ETH is huge. So don't dump then, if you have the patience, just hold on it for long term because when the price suddenly goes up in the next coming months or years. You will be happy that you have hold it now, otherwise you will regret by selling it today. Of course we don't know what the price could be in the future. But we all hopee that it will reach 4 digits similar to bitcoin. But if you need funds today, I guess you have sell just a small portion and hold the rest, as what others, including me have suggested. Goodluck dude.

Eth have a good future for long term investment because many project use eth as their platform.
I believe that one or two year the price will increase and you can get much profit from eth.  Just hold wait and see.
