I deposit some MCAP in this platform,but I can't open it successful recently .
any question about this platform?
and this (https://mercatox.com/ ) is a scam platform,don't deposit anything in this .
I lose 2 ETH in this

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

my experience using Mercatox, when you want to deposit you have to be patient because the transaction will not directly landing in Mertacox account wait a few hours.
You misunderstood with OP. OP hasn't lost his 2 ETH on mercatox, but on C-Cex because his MCAP deposit which worth with 2 ETH isn't in his C-Cex account. I can only suggest you to contact C-Cex through their support OP

Don't deposit  big amount assets to small exchanges. C-CEX do has some problems, it is as big as bittrex in 2014, but check it now, still  a small trading volume .Then look at the volume of bittrex.
