Or perhaps is it the USA who is playing on the brink of war? History tells us that the USA killed some millions of North Coreans in their own land just a few decades ago. This should tell something to someone.

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

That happened more than 60 years back, during the Korean war. Unfortunately, back then the Koreans became pawns in the hands of the two major powers (USSR/China on one side and the United States/UK on the other side). No one knows about the exact number of deaths, but it is thought to be somewhere near the 3 million range.

For nearly 30 years, through the five presidential years, the United States has not stopped the Korean weapons program.

I think that’s because the United States of America are trying to give the benefit of the doubt of the power of South Korea, China and Russia to prevent the North Koreans to doing what they want to do. As thwy dont want to seem a nation that is forcely doing what they want.

Lol  Grin they are playing. They know its an unwinnable war and many will die. Plus I  know China is terrified of the regime collapsing. Also Trump, despite being xxxxxxxxxxxx wont do anything. Plus the North Koreans have terrible weaponry and mistreated people. Surely if they did IT, there would be mass AWOL from the NK army etc. Its just sabre rattling and stupid.

Obviously because China has been supporting NK.  But that is changing.

North Korea is showing off their power to let other countries know of their power and capabilities that if they go to war they will stand their ground.

The only reason why China has been supporting the DPRK is because they don't want any American military bases right there on the border (like they have in South Korea and Japan). But now, they have reduced a lot of support services which they used to provide to the DPRK. It seems that Russia has replaced China as DPRK's main supporter.

Here, I do not know if you have considered this fact:

Until recently, North Korea's only Internet connection came from China. So all the traffic and actions of the Koreans are visible to the Chinese.

For the past few days, Russia has provided North Korea with its second connection line. Further impeding the isolation of the island by the United States.

I definitely think that the United States should stop positioning itself as a world ruler. And the whole world seems to support this, especially with the Trump at its head. And no, I do not want to receive paper towels.

https://www.reuters.com/article/us-northkorea-missiles-russia-analysis/russia-throws-north-korea-lifeline-to-stymie-regime-change-idUSKBN1C91X2

I agree, I think that America needs to step down.

I suppose the American government understands that Kim is am insane person. They are cautious not to start the Big War.

It's all about the government regime in North Korea and the fact that they have a nuclear bomb, if it had not been for the bomb the way to settle the conflict would have been found long ago.

I know this is not related to Korea but it is related to the war, last night i have seen a hybo documentary called Stories from Syria and i was amazed that in this era it is possible such massacres, it is inaf one crazy dude and a lot of power. Perhaps it's the same with Korea.
