10-20% pre-mined  currencies were bad already, and now there is this flood of ICOs. "Give us 10K ethereum and here is a white paper we might produce something in a few years"

Can we please at least separate announcement forums for ICO threads? People even started a concept called "scam ICOs and legit ICOs" I personally don't see a difference.

I'd support this considering the ICO flood (regardless of legitimacy). They aren't exactly your everyday altcoin either. Although, there was a thread about this not long ago.

After some big names in the altcoin scene became successful due to ICOs, many other coins copied the method to hopefully get some fat profits, most of which I don't think should be valued in any way since they mostly copied other coins' concept and just changed its name. Back in the days, you won't see ICOs in the ANN thread but just unique ANNs that you would really be enticed to read. It's now filled with clutter of lame marketing with the same agenda of getting other people's money.

A new board would be nice considering the fact that ICOs are getting popular everyday.

I think, unintentionally I over stressed legitimacy, I also don't care if it is legit or not. They are not a crypto currencies, at least not yet, not on the announcement not until an arbitrary unknown date in the future. There is no reason they should be there
