Day 1 - user fills his max of 6.713ETH
Day 2 - max cap is now 13.426ETH so the maximum the user can send is another 6.713ETH
Day 3 - If you invested 6.713 ETH on day 1 & day 2, you will be able to invest 13.426 ETH on day 3.

You should probably fill the 6,7 ETH cap on 1st day. There is no guarantee that you will make it on 2nd day.

If Whitelist is closed due to the intensity of the participant it should have a good investment, otherwise it would be a surprise for me. This project is very similar to omisego.

Request and OMG have several similarities but it seems they are looking to be more complementary to OMG than acting as a competitor, even though there are many features that would act as competition. HOwever, OMG could use request for decentralized requestions for payment and request could use OMG as an oracle for ewallet fiat settlements.
