so just out of interest, how then does the average insvestor without enough tokens to run a node, get a return on their investment?

As it was mentioned earlier, the aim of the project is NOT to hit exchanges. Universa project is about creation a new generation of blockchains. That is the main goal. For those who want to get rid of their tokens, there will be a way¹ to do that once ERC20 tokens are distributed.

¹ P.S. But please don't ask me how to do that. I won't answer anyway.

The reason you are not able to trade these tokens on EtherDelta has to do with the current tokens capabilities, and some functions not currently activated on it.

The 'onbehalf' function is used by EtherDelta and other decentralized exchanges to transfer tokens out of your wallet, at their request.  This particular function has been disabled so only the wallet owner may initiate token transfers.

It will be re-enabled after an undisclosed period of time, as the project has stated they are going to be very willing to work with decentralized exchanges.

All the information needed to withdraw UTN-P tokens:
Dear participants,
·
Today we send out a portion of UTNP tokens. First of all, the tokens will be given to the owners of the accounts, whose data have been checked and did not cause any questions or problems.
As it was announced earlier, we asked to pass KYC holders of accounts with more than 1 million tokens. In addition, proof of identity is necessary for the owners of accounts that caused any suspicions in dishonesty or fraud. Some accounts can be selected for verification randomly.
·
The information needed to add a token to ERC20 wallets:
- Smart-contract address: 0x9e3319636e2126e3c0bc9e3134AEC5e1508A46c7
- Number of decimals: 18

ATTENTION! The specified address is the only correct one for our tokens. We became aware of several smart contracts, which are called by the creators as UTN, UTNP or Universa. Because there is no register of names for smart contracts, the creator of a smart contract can name his contract anyway he likes. Or even do not give it any name. Universa can not affect or change it.
The address of our smart contract is 0x9e3319636e2126e3c0bc9e3134AEC5e1508A46c7.
·
We did not announce the placement of our token on any exchanges. Therefore, we do not give any comments with regard to exchanges (including decentralized ones).
·
IMPORTANT! We can not help you if you purchased tokens with a smart contract address that is different from 0x9e3319636e2126e3c0bc9e3134AEC5e1508A46c7. Be careful! The name of the smart contract is not an indicator of its belonging to Universa. Always check the address of the smart contract.

Oiiiiiiiiil!    Think about AI too man!  Data IS the new oil, and blockchain based platforms would allow parties to share data with developers or clients while maintaining proprietary control over said data

where i can trade universa tokens? and can somebody please help me if it is possible to add the universa token in MEW? or it is not applicable then?
Tokens not traded anywhere else and are not planned in the near future, the data for MEW
smart-contract address: 0x9e3319636e2126e3c0bc9e3134AEC5e1508A46c7
decimals: 18

thanks mate. i thought it is already tradable. what is the ticker or symbol by the way? also are they done with the distribution for the token sale participants and bounty participants?

hi the ticker of universa is UTPN. you can add it on mew by the details given by netfreak with the correct ticker. and regarding the distribution, i think they are already starting the payouts of tokens especially to those who did not encountered problems with their KYC. more details here:

Yes, yes and yes. This is why marketcap will be astronomical. I hope Universa can withstand all this time and remain at among the largest players. 10 years may fly as fast like a plane but foundation built will last for the rest of our lives if not longer.

Commercial banking is great but by far what we read in latest report about energy sector is what appeals me the most. After PetroYuan it would be great to see PetroRuble.
I know I allways tend to look for highest bids, Im amazed by opportunities and look forward refferences will be made in Europe too.

I'm Buying UTNP at reasonable price.

You can't trade UNTP on Edelta or Idex, so if you want to make a trade, PM me in the meantime.

I don't know why my comment got removed, but I don't think sensorschip helps in denying the fact that: this coin is worthless without being able to trade it.

I feel fu**** buying this coin: it's worthless.

This is a token right now, but they will have own blockchain with smartcontracts (like Ethereum, Icon) and will swap tokens to coins.

No selling orders on etherdeta just buying ones at different prices. Since the mainnet will take time to be ready team did good thing to let everyone trade in the meanwhile they can concentrate on read code. Why need to buy this token because you can get them at better deal and later on can easily swap them with UTN. It makes sense for many people.

It seems nobody interested to sell this token or maybe majority of the people are not aware of this listing. When this token will be listed on big exchanges than we will see good volume there and price will explode.
