 I know that story but if you mention it in an official update you should know if it can work technically right? I mean you cannot say no information all the time and then mentioning something in an official update and at the same time saying you dont know anything?

As our team members said multiple times here, CH representatives didn't contact us about possible listing of Universa token. Personally I am not aware of the technical requirements of CH to list a token.

It is transferable by owner. It is not transferable by someone (or something) on behalf of the owner. Some DEXes require owners to allow transfer on their behalf. UTNP smart-contract is not compatible with that kind of DEXes.
