Most of us were kinda hoping for a listing on Huobi, since RACIB is partnered with them and RACIB will run its project on the blockchain of Universa.

Any news regarding this issue? High volume exchange could be the turning point for the value of UTNP.

I beleive next echange will wait until UTN are released. Therefore not before UTNP can be converted into UTN.
In the futur it's UTN that will be listed no more UTNP.It's just my guess.

While every other coin/token's value is increasing universa is stuck between price range 0.02-0.03. I guess we need a decent exchange now for utn. more volume, more investors, price will increase.

Please speak from your own opinion not as a fact. First of all, project achieved minimum cap during pre-ICO which was enough to move forward. Rest of the funds made during ICO with hard cap of 99 million USD (not euros) is more than sufficient now.
Project is not forgoten, quite in contrary it moves big leaps ahead, therefore I firmly believe out of what I seen from team. Waiting for Ocean of liquidity.

money is not a reason. they gathered $28 800 060  in the ICO. Honestly what project needs more to develop ??
few years ago biggest ICOs couldn't even dream about 10 M$  and they are doing very good now..
people complaining each time their project doesn't make x100 in a week ..

Do you guys think UTNP will go on new exchanges before the swap with UTN happens? I don't.

We need :

1) Conversion UTNP >< UTN made possible on MainNet. A few weeks more to wait...
2) Price stabilisation after (I guess some will want to sell me their new UTNP )
3) New exchanges (with real UTN, not UTNP)
4) And more good news ofc

Point of the game buddy? 
If you can recall how fast was last day of ICO selling when CryptoKitties problem stroke Ethereum, even Telegram community voted wheather to prolongue ICO stage or not. Unicorns are just like CryptoKittens, CryptoPuppies or CryptoBots clone that bloats Ethereum network.
Universa liked the idea and embrassed it obviously.

So true. Some of them are making even billion nowadays during ICO. I`s say its a madness and perfectly agree 28.8M is more than sufficient for team to make it but as crypto community grows we may witness a lot of rush related crazies. This all of course does not undermine project in any way. Universa is here to stay and compete.
I should also add, it is in our best interest once UTN`s are created to help spreading the word as a community, vote for exchanges, etc...
