What is required to be a "trusted node" (licensed node) ? Who can become trusted actor, and how many trusted actors are going to validate 1 change of state?

Indeed that is just manipulation what is going on at the moment even development is going on very solid and some big release will happen soon. Whales are creating panic situation and taking control on big portion of the supply for FOMO situation. Weak hands will buy again at high price just stay calm down this will outperform other competitors soon.

One thing is certain is that we are just speculating here, we know the whales has the power but we do not see or know what they are thinking.
In my own judgement, I believe the price is pretty cheap so I continue to accumulate, the volume is good as well despite not being listed in big exchanges.

The whales are not panicking. They are creating panic to get the price lower so they can buy more cheaper.  Look at the price now, all the gains from mainnet are gone.

That was only in the first few months after ICO. It is now already 7 months since Universa ICO started.

Universa's main focus in to serve businesses and everything is being built having this target in sight. It is not possible to build giant structures overnights to facilitate business to business operations. Actually people don't read and don't understand what are they talking about. Only thing what matters for most of the people is market price that's it. Patience will reward here those who can.
