I like the idea of this but I do always wonder with media based products.
Quick question: the Power Play streaming service isn't really mentioned within the problems that you pose to solve, what problem does it solve? Other than being another outlet of digital media? I may have missed something here just wanted to ask! Not asking in a condescending way just out of interest.
The other thing I always feel isn't really covered within media based blockchains is how they will actually acquire an audience which is viable enough to gain backing of well known stars within the industry. Having the content is one thing but getting an audience, as I'm sure You know, is an entirely different beast altogether.
The problem with the entertainment industry is the fact that to really succeed you need to have an extremely large audience and, let's face it, most people either think bitcoin is some seedy tool for hackers to shag squirrels or haven't heard of it at all. Add to that the fact that saying block chain to most people would make them think of some rectangular neck based jewellery.
I love the innovation and idea of these media startups but I think most streaming service ICO's know that all it takes is for a company like Netflix to make NFLX tokens which are distributed for watching Netflix originals etc to put them out of business.
Again I do not mean to sound condescending if I do! And I am truly sorry if I have missed something, I have not illy gone through your white paper etc and just quickly read it so my bad if you have answered my questions!

You are quite right in what you say, building an audience is an entirely different beast than obtaining the content, however I would probably argue that getting the "right content" to the Play platform may prove more of s challenge. Our partners are EY3 Media a Manchester based music & media company. EY3 have been instrumental in the growth of an array prolific Facebook pages and YouTube channels aswell as managing a number of social channels some of the UKs most established businesses & brands. Having this level of expertise exclusively available to The Power Group will enable us to build key media and advertising partners to develop subscription in both short to mid terms. You are totally right in what you say. Most people have no clue what blockchain tech or bitcoin actually is let alone the benefits this has to modern society. We consider this in some depth in our white paper if you have a chance to read through. The ethos of The Power Group is to "Bridge the Gap" with the mainstream. By combing our thre key services: Digital Marketing, Information & Social media app , Music & Entertainment streaming we aim to bring new consumers to the market space which will in turn benefit the community as a whole. The focus on the niche market is probably the best course of action and trying to find the niches (maybe scifi, horror etc) which most of the computer savvy are akin to may be the best course of action. I saw the post about Dope DOD, great look, theyre a solid rap group! Focusing on the UK hip hop/grime niche is something I may be able to help with.
