I am interested in buying, but cryptsy is far too unstable to use. I imagine I'm not alone in this thought process.

Buyers are slack atmo . current offer is .0005. no sellers willing to take this price. wdc went up to .0025 before falling again. where do you see digi price going ? short term
I don't see a reason DGC should be valued more than WDC.

OK great so the exchange just stole my money because I guess the operator must not like me or something.
Go ahead then and deposit your life savings there. Good luck with that.
Dude first relax... secondly post on our forums @ forum.litebonk.com ... as that is the support forum for Cryptsy.com. It is hard for us to monitor many forums and post about failed transactions, but please post for us there or email the support email @ support@cryptsy.com. Raging about it here will not solve your problem and i assure you we are not in the business of taking anyones crypto currencies.

I don't see a reason DGC should be valued more than WDC. * No pre-mine. In addition, a ramping block reward at the beginning so that early adopters couldn't hoard tens of thousands of coins before people could catch on. (ie the first 1000 blocks mined only had a 1 coin reward, 2nd 2000 had a 2 block reward until it maxed out at 20) This will likely lead to much greater market stability as there will not be folks who can crash the market at absolutely no cost to themselves. * 20 second blocks greatly reduce orphan rates vs 15 sec blocks without significantly reducing the "instantaneous" nature of the coin. Fewer orphans mean a more stable block chain. Basically, DGC is a more refined version of WDC, and given the option between the two, I see no reason to use WDC. Also, as an added bonus, it has perhaps the most active developer of any altcoin I've seen thus far.

funny how dgc is supposed to be instant stable reliable and the only exchange is anything but.
Took me 7 hours for my coins to show up and it's totally unstable and not at all reliable.
I hope I never have to use cryptsy again and would prefer if they had just scammed me and taken my money because at least I wouldn't have to deal with all this.

The proper customer service response would have been "thank you for posting the failed transaction. We have refunded your money immediately while we look into this serious issue. Your refund transaction is {...}" FYI I did email support and have received no response

I'm going to give Cryptsy the benefit of the doubt for a few minutes here but SCAM topics are going up if they don't fix their operation. This is ridiculous.

But keep spreading FUD. I see the stoopid sellers have managed to drive DGC from being the most profitable coin on Coinchoose list with a pathetic sell price of 0.00041 BTC

I'm looking to spend 34 LTC on DGC. Make me an offer I can't refuse...and you won't have to deal with Cryptsy either

Because of these low prices, DGC's profitability actually dropped to below that of BTC. Damn...

good. that makes the hashrate go down and the smaller miners have a chance now that the big miners will point towards some other coin.
