Guys, I've just developed a new SMS alerter for MtGox's prices. It's called BTC AlertCoin BTC www.alertcoin.com It was designed to be simple, secure and easy to use. It's currently free, as I don't pretend on make money on that, but I'd like it to pay it's costs (like the SMS Gateway, that is not cheap), so if you guys like it, please donate a few bitcoins (or litecoins) to the address on the website. So, what do you guys think of the idea? I want suggestions for improvements, usability, ideas, new tools, etc. Can I have some reviews? My english isn't that good too, so if you see any spelling errors on the website please let me know! Thanks, |

That website design is amazing, it's simple and neat. But consider having a black bold logo (without .com) with a sans-serif font like futura. See coinbase, they do this properly.

1. How many people are currently using your service?
2. How are you doing it for free? How much does an SMS cost you?

It's now available for all the countries  If you live outside US and received an alert, please post here to confirm. I'm still testing it, but I think it's already OK. |

The idea is that the donations will pay it's costs and it'll help the Bitcoin community which I believe it's made of initiatives like this. |

I haven't used the site yet mainly because it doesn't have a BTC/GBP alert. If you want to support other countries you should add other currencies such as GBP and EUR.
