Could you explain to me one thing please?
I was going to invest hubii.network, but first I checked their wallet https://etherscan.io/txs?a=0xb9aac097f4dadcd6f06761eb470346415ef28d5a
and I noticed, that there were incoming transactions, but the wallet had "0" balance. Where is the money? Undecided

If you look at the internal transactions tab on Etherscan you see coins go from the Hubi Crowdfund contract to another address:

https://etherscan.io/address/0x800e1dcc20d95e60ff8b3106e6eaa1cb73d5d16f

This is done to move the funds to a secure wallet for security reasons.
