I don't know that github repo, but one of the guys who found a similar exploit is: https://twitter.com/IdoNaor1 , one of the guys we know had a bot, may still have one in instagram, we have full instagram user db with sensitive data, just not on the website. I will link Ido Naor's twitter on the main post. We don't sell anything illegal only phone numbers as in phone books. It's really not possible to dump millions of data with that script, because you would need a bypass for the IP block. I've put you in credits. Sorry.

Alot of celebrities block numbers they don't know so you may get sent to a voicemail. You could spoof another celebrity phone number that is friends with them and see if they answer.
