Nope, a bad choice of hardware to use in order to mine and a coin which is not worth mining.
Dogecoin supports the Scrypt algorithm to be mined, just like Litecoin and Bitcoin. That means, that without an ASICs miner, you won't get much profit, even if you use a decent GPU.
First of all, forget CPU mining, you won't make any money from it. However, with a decent CPU and a reasonable coin to mine (XMR, ZCash and plenty more, just look around here) you can definitely make some profit. They feature other Algorithms, which are profitable by GPU mining, unlike the Scrypt algorithm.
They are on different fields and those coins you do mentioned do have their own respective miners which it can be able to mine them. For DOGE it has Srypt algo which would mainly need respective miner on that one. Cpu mining isnt possible on mining it and would never be profitable even on some coins in the market. Most coins now are being mined thru asic and gpu.
