At a quick look, there's a real lack of detail on their website. They also reference a news article that has the word "allegedly" regarding their endorsement from a sovereign nation. That's not a great vote of confidence, and it's definitely a red flag to me.

Personally, I'd like to do more fact checking before I made a decision on something like this. Due diligence is never overrated.

Usually, I will just look at the founders and advisors to determine if it's a legit project.

From my experience, if it says ICO then it is a scam.
