I have 22459satoshis in my xapo wallet, which is worth about USD1.05. But the transaction fees are too high for me to transfer it out. However, it seems to be free to transfer from a xapo wallet to another xapo wallet. Is it possible for me to exchange this amount of BTC by sending to another xapo wallet for Dogecoin?

Whoever mines the block which ends up containing your transaction will get its fee.

I think it's hard to find a person who wants to redeem his doge with a btc balance on your xapo.
another way to withdraw your btc is by depositing some btc into your xapo wallet.
