I believe minimum amount is 1 NEO. Max is 50.000USD so this will stop whales getting everything

In white paper and email request for details pre-ICO, the team just mentioned maximum limit aka $50k, nothing on minimum limit was found.

On maximum limit, its purpose is to prevent whales to eat the tokens all or most of. I believe that there is no reason to set a minimum limit.
