Hi, are you guys afraid of posting or sharing gambling related topics & news in your personal facebook ?

is it because afraid of siblings, parents or girlfriend noticed it ?

or dont wanna let your workmate, colleagues know that you addicted to gambling ?
Nowadays social medias are everywhere and we contact our relatives more often on Facebook/Instagram/snapshat/whatsapp/viber/skype than in real life . And people are likely to share a lot of intimate stuff about them in these social medias apps/websites . But a lot of them are afraid to talk/share things that could ruin their social image in the eyes of their "friends/followers" . There are a bunch of pages/secret groups dedicated for this kind of activity and you sometimes can get top quality predictions through them , i know one of them it's called facebook/probet1x2 and they often publish some well thought sports analysis that can come in handy if you are planning to gamble .

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I never post gamling related topic in my personal facebook, my parent knows that i gamble but i never talk about it with my relatives and my friends. I have a lot of friends on facebook and not all of them is old enough to read something gambling related. I gamble for fun and i don't want other people to make a bad choice that can lead them into something bad.
At the end, it totally depends on the individual. Some people do not like drawing attention to themselves and some societies normally see gamblers as someone with issues. So, it totally depends on the caliber of people around you and how you perceive yourself.

If you feel, you care less about what anyone may think about you on your social page, why not? The decision is up to you. However, I do not see any reason why anyone will want to blow himself to the whole world what he or she does for fun or money (whichever way it is).
I don't know what to say about this but I really don't find any meaning in making announcements about all of your activities.

I mean, if someone is playing gambling then what? Nobody really cares in this world about anyone else routine. Everyone is too busy in his own life and it is true. Also, gambling is not considered a game which will be played by smart or normal people.

This would really be treated as a normal stuff which people on social media wont really care at all on the things you are doing and as you said we are busy on our own life and making involvement on others life is not really a good thing. If he do play gambling,so what? As long they dont harm someone then it should be fine.

Am more comfortable posting about bitcoin on my social handles than letting friends and family know about my gambling habits, besides we don't need to share everything with the entire world when we entitled to privacy...only people that get to know about such a the real close friends because it's their privilege

so you have different accounts or you are not allowing your relatives and friends become your friends with your social media? i guess its really hard
to accept the fact that people closer to you will think about your activity bad impression will be the first thing inside their minds so its quite annoying
sharing it with them.

I have friends in social media that post a lot about gambling but they focus on land-based casinos not in online gambling. I don't know if they already know someone that use bitcoin for gambling, maybe they just know in fiat. I'm just worried that they might get addicted when they discover it.

I actually follow a lot of facebook pages that shares gambling tips and predictions since i can't always follow and keep updated with every game scheduled or remembering what happened in the last game that those 2 teams faced each other in and what happened then or how many match this team have won or lost this season . So these pages help me do my analysis while surfing the social medias and just chilling and by that i won't have to visit websites specialized in analysis .

I haven't really seen any gambling advertising on fb. I don't think it's really allowed if you trying to promote too much because fb want you to pay them to promote yourself. I'm not sure they would like it very much if gambling advertising because s problem with fb profiles dedicated to gambling or spamming even. It's ok now because it is not causing an issue but technically it's not really allowed. Because I know fb won't support gambling.

Not posting or sharing by gambling exploits or related topic. Although I'm not ashamed of being a gambler, I just don't like people being nosy on my own business. And they know already that I frequent land based casinos so there will be no surprises from my friends. However, I also haven't post anything gambling related as far as bitcoin is concerned. I just want it that way though.

for your private facebook which is only use for you and your friends i think you will think twice because people will know your activities and maybe your friends will recognize you as a gamblers but sometimes people tempting to post gambling related topic in their facebook timeline because usually gambling sites will give you a reward for that so sometimes quite difficult to deny if they're offering good amount of money

I'm not ashamed of being a gambler. Most people are to some extent. They may not be going to casinos or gambling online but when an opportunity comes they grab it without thinking twice. My family members know what I'm spending my money on and they usually don't approve (officially), but aren't trying to change me since I'm independent and not in debt.
I think you shouldn't try to hide it. Gambling is not a weakness as long as you do it in moderation, just like drinking.

Maybe if you grew with a family that hates gambling or criticizes gamblers, then you might have developed the constant feeling of being a shame to the family or something. That's how you are going to feel every time you gamble, and that's going to creep you up. There's nothing wrong to be ashamed of something and there's nothing wrong with not feeling ashamed too.

I would definitely like to support you the way you are. I myself like to gamble and do not feel any shame in claiming to be a gambler. I haven't taken any debt from my relatives or friends just to gamble after any loss.

I am a free man and it is totally dependent upon my choice whatever I would like to do in my life. Posting about gambling on social site is something that affects society in a negative way therefore it must be avoided so that no one could ever get a chance to question your choice.

Yes, you feel yourself to be an independent gambler if you are actually not taking debt from anyone just for the sake to gamble more and to lose all you had.

The thing is that there is no shame in being a gambler even if your family has a notice about your activities. If you have earned the money without anyone’s help then probably it’s your own right to decide that where is it to be spent whether for the sake of some professional business or to have fun in the casinos.

I agree that you should be, from your wording, an "independent gambler." Since you do not rely on others for your gambling money, but that should have been the case for every gambler. I do also agree there is no shame being one especially if you do not wage all your money or anybody's money or money that should not be gambled, however I also believe that their is no point in sharing whatever you are doing on social media. I don't see that point, it just adds more drama to everybody especially to the poster.

People share it on social medias maybe because they want to promote their referral links, to show a nice strategy, to show someone earning big (or losing hard), any interesting fact about gambling... People around need to learn accepting the gambler as there isn't anything wrong with this... Gamblers are usually adults and know what they are doing, if people around want to create problems it will become even worse.

Yes, if someone is not using the money taken as a loan from someone and play with the earnings of his own then obviously gambling is not a shame at all. This is just as a person is free to choose his hobbies and habits. As long as others are not affected via your gambling methods, you are absolutely on the right track.

Even if your family knows about your gambling habit, eve then you should continue with it and all that is requires to sop is a bunch of losses on frequent basis because that tie is itself and indication to give up on gambling.

Yes I agree, and mostly people share on social medias because they just want to promote the site they are playing. I don't think being a gambler should be tagged as someone who's shameless. We shouldn't judge them just because that's what they like to do.

Definitely our family behavior and our social environment react us on our gambling.
