How to find a trusted team?

I have a project in mind and I would be able to organize and execute it if I had the skills. I'n not a programmer. I'm more on the business/management side of things rather than on the tech side. I see all these great dev teams and always wondered how they got to know one another and how total strangers had the courage to trust each other.

Maybe someone who is in such team already may share their experience, thoughts and advice.

let me share my two cents.
Actually, a lot of developers struggle when it comes to understanding the business aspect of projects in this current era, a successful project is more than just an innovative technology or use case. You must be able to sell your project these days and this is where your value comes in. I'm sure that there are many developers out there who are looking for people with your skillset, it's all about meeting them. Be active on LinkedIn, join developer slack and Facebook communities I can't stress out how important it is to build a solid network, so throw yourself out there. Try to nail down you project into every single detail, write a whitepaper, use it as a blueprint to showcase potential partners and make sure that blockchain is of any use in your project. Don't just implement it for the sake of it, not everything is ready for blockchain yet.

For creation of great team you should have outstanding leadership skills. Idea it is not enough. Your team find out you if will demonstrate great energy with your project, if you will be little bit crazy with your idea...

Reach out to people and talk to them. See where you share ideas and beliefs and judge how compatible you might be together. In this regards, not a lot has changed in the last 100k years. When choosing who to go out on a hunt with the same basic principles apply. Motivations + Ability + Compatibility with your own beliefs.

Try find some people who are genuinely interested in what you have to offer and have the right skill set to do what you want them to. Give them a bit of your trust and let them work for the rest of it. Then at the end of if you will fully trust that team

For example, I am currently in a management team along with a designer and a bank end coder. We all worked on a project and then we became friends and now we are a team.
