Recently duckdice.com started to support BCH. and lucky games (https://luckygames.io) supports so many cryptos(BTC,ETC,ETH......etc) .

Doge isn't very high, so you can try doge coins. I am not sure if any casino accepts ETC or BCH right now, but you can try crypto-games.net. They accept multiple coins and also has a builtin exchange where you can exchange between those coins they accept. They recently added stratis coin, which isn't very expensive.

BCH is high now, with 0.12 btc per coin. ETC is more friendly price if you looking for coin which worth to gamble with, although there are still few casino that accept ETC.

None of the people will add up the bch as the payment widget in the gambling because when you look the market capital value bch continuously down fall from last 15 days. I have no idea, is there any several gambling site is exist? I don't think any gambling ssupport BCH coin as payment processor though. BTW! I would like to ask, if there any sports gambling site that support ETH, DOGE etc except Bitcoin.

Doge is sky high? No so sure about that.

Try bitvest, I believe they have a way to gamble using bitcoin cash. You can also try duckdice, though they had a recent scam accusation on them because they are cheating through the bonuses. Another one is safedice, this is an "ok" site, nothing really special though.

In order to gamble with ETH or BCH either we have to convert according to the currency, they are accepting right. I think in most of the gambling website many people will ask for doge coins. Is it good to gamble with Doge as the price is very low in the market?

I believe those gambling site trustworthy enough, if you want to check about them, just goggling and read some reviews about their gambling services. Moreover, you will lose big amount of etc or bch in gambling site, I don't buy provably fair, only mean you will lose the money. Better to sell it and convert to bitcoin.

OP,there are a number of websites supporting ETH including the one in my signature,crypto-games.net to name a few.Don't even think of gambling sites adding BCH since there are very few exchanges supporting them at the moment.

Here are some other sites that are accepting BCH: https://bitcoincash-games.com/. luckygames.ga also accepts ETC since June  along with https://games.bitcoin.com/ but the volume is very less compared to gambling sites that accept ETH or BTC. Doge is accepted by more gambling websites too.
