Send 50€ from walllet to YOBIT didndt get anything

What up Guys. I have a question. I sent yesterday 50€ from my wallet to Yobit but i didnt get anything. Iam waiting since more than 24h. Can someone pls explain me why i didnt got my ETH already ?.

Going to need a bit more details than that. Do you have a transaction id so we can see if youve sent it to the right place and also to check youve put a large enough fee? Im not sure from your message but did you send ethereum or bitcoin to buy ethereum?

I have sent ETH to my Yobit wallet. Directly from Bitstamp. Thats my ETH adress on Yobit : 0x4b72676858558236d6e27519cdd07756377e263a

And i sent the ETH to this adress.

I can see that the .17eth was sent in and then forwarded to what i think is yobits wallet address https://etherscan.io/address/0x24f21c22f0e641e2371f04a7bb8d713f89f53550. I think you will need to contact one of the yobit admins to see if they can update your wallet, Looks like its not been credited to your wallet.

I think you will need to contact one of the yobit admins to see if they can update your wallet, Looks like its not been credited to your wallet.

Your best bet would be to make a ticket on yobit if you havent already and maybe better than that is messaging one of the admins from the troll box if you see them, Blacksmith is the name i think thats usually on. More than that i cant help you with unfortunately, Hope you get it sorted out.

I noticed theres an admin online in yobit atm. Worth asking him.

Nowadays yobit is facing lot of problems in wallet when depositing it, even the staff wont give you much support so you have to wait long and even ETH network is facing lot of conjunction. Check with your Bitstamp admins about the transaction status.

The problem is my Yobit acc is new. And i cant make use of the trollbox cuz i have 0 balances on it. I also contacted Yobit on Bitcointalk. I hope i will get a response.
