I am looking to trade in exchanges that are not the typical Bittrex/Polo/Liqui for English speakers.
I see high value in the foreign exchanges, question who accept international traders and not only locals?

With non deposit-withdraw issues, something like 1BTC limited daily withdraw will do the job

In Chinese exchanges, you can trade , but if you don't have a Chinese ID, you have a limitation for withdrawl ,only a very small amount is available .

I haven't tried all these trading platforms, but all of them are exchanges that operate outside the US, particularly from Asia and Europe. Here are some of those exchanges:

1. Bitcoin.co.id - Indonesia

2. BTCChina.com - China

3. Huobi.com - China

4. Bx.in.th - Thailand

5. Therocktrading.com - Malta

6. Urdubit.com - Pakistan

7. Vaultoro.com - Switzerland

8. Vbtc.exchange - Vietnam

9. OkCoin.com - China

10. Jubi.com - China

11. QuadrigaCX.com - Canada

12. Korbit.co.kr - South Korea

Hope you find what you are looking for from the list I provided above.
