I never heard of Midas Exchange before so visited their website. They have no real information available on their website such as who they are owned by and where they are located.

The website has no Terms and Conditions and no information stated which legal jurisdiction any Court case would take place the user wanted to start proceedings against the exchange.

I would advise everybody to proceed with caution when it comes to any type of exchange that is hiding behind anonymity.
