Update mine few weeks ago and coins did not stake. After adding staking=1 in .conf file and restart wallet stake began :-)

Yes! For all coins which have staking feature, stakers should open wallets, unlock them, let them operate 24/7 (should be operated 24/7, but not mandatory) to earn as many staking rewards as possible.

You don't have to encrypt the wallet for staking, that' not true. You should encrypt it in any case, but for staking it is only necessary to unlock it for staking only.

i staked at all many coins,and no need to encrypt the wallet.just leave the coin at the wallet,then they will start staking

There is a need to encrypt the wallet!!! For security reasons, it's just not required for staking. Dude don't tell people to not encrypt their wallet...
