Gold coin has been a coin that has been a community effort. It is more profitable to mine than Litecoin, and it needs to be listed on an exchange.

I totally agree, if junkcoin made it onto a exchange then gldcoin should respectively deserve a spot as well ps. lets keep this thread clean of bashing |

Just let it go on an exchange already, you know what happens to scam coins when they do?
But i pity all the noobs who fall victim to the pump & dump scams that "devs and co." will likely do.

That maybe true but no one is going to mine something that can't readily be converted to LTC/BTC (so they know their profit potential).

An exchange will be good but we do need to be aware of what happens to the value when it does hit an exchange.
Also do we still have a bounty for a simple website. Thinking of knocking one up in the next few days if this hasn't been done already.

No panic here... An exchange means that it can be converted, which means websites etc can use it for payment. Now if everyone goes on there and tries to sell, thats all she wrote. Just sell enough to make markets and don't sell too low. Panic runs rampant in cryptos. |

I for one am excited to be able to exchange other currencies into BTC, and BTC into GLD. The name is just sick. Gold transcends all walks of life. Gold has a future.
The only gold I will not touch again is gold futures - burned to many times LOL

I am all for GLD on an exchange. It will bring in miners, and we can concentrate on building the name of Gold Coin. I am not worried about a pump and dump with this coin.
Its very important GoldCoiners that we should focus our energy on building a solid base for Goldcoin. Furthermore i like the way we openly communicate to each other. Everything is open and transparant. Keep up the good work and start getting those GoldCoins. |

GLD on an exchange? Good idea. Gold coin pic is one of the best, I believe. When I look at the GLD thread, I see all the big G coins. Looks real snazzy. The name of this coin? It hard to beat. In fact, the pic of a bitcoin looks like a gold coin to me. I believe that if people are diligent, and continue to work hard at GLD, then GLD will rise. GLD has alot going for it. I don't know about any premine at all. Investors are bound to jump all over GLDcoin but ya got to get it out there for them to see, and make it easy for them to buy it. Any premine will become a trivial matter, I believe, after more exposure. I don't know much about the technical side of these crypto coins, but I hope there is a committed group who know what they are doing. I am very bullish on GLD.     |
