That way, people know they can wager and there's enough in the bank to honour their withdrawals should they win big payouts. If you're not willing to do this, then you're going to have a mountain to climb in terms of building a trustworthy reputation. Not that doing it also guarantees anything anyway... it's just a matter of establishing facts.

Because the scripts has been used many times by other sites and all of them never survive for long time. Simply because the "gambling" games aka dice has the highest house edge compared to usual dice game. This makes the site with this script has no "gamblers' who make deposit regularly, they will only get users who tries to claim the free money (faucet) as many as they can to reach minimum withdraw.
