The card will not power on unless all power sockets are populated and powered.

My name was simply a play on "Blue Engineer" from Team Fortress. I am not affiliated with Microsoft or the Azure project.

If you're out of PCI-e connectors on your power supply then every 7950 I've ever bought (30-something) come with molex-to-PCIe adapters that will help you out.
