Can you post more information regarding the version of Litecoin Core that you are using?
Which operating system? Have you tried importing your private keys into another Litecoin
wallet and tried to make a transaction? Have you tried to use a Litecoin Web Wallet (make sure
to use only a trustworthy web wallet)?

There are many options to try out in your situation.
You could also consider trying to pay someone to help you using teamviewer or a comparable software.

You are probably running an older version of the litecoin core that is not compatible anymore with current nodes.

It is probably easiest to download electrum lite (watch the source to not get scammed!) and import your private key there.

Could you post the transaction id you're having a problem with?  Has it even been broadcast yet?

To get the private key, go to your "receiving addresses" and right click the address that held the funds.  Click copy.  Now go to help > debug window > console.  Type "dumpprivkey [paste address]" without quotes or brackets and hit enter.  It will respond with your private key for that address.  Copy this and import it into the electrum wallet.

And what is the address it's being sent from (check a blockchain explorer- are the funds still there)?  That transaction id does not show up on any blockchain explorer, which means it hasn't been broadcast yet.

Things to try:

1) try to "abandon transaction"
2) Start litecoin-qt with the -zapwallettxes=1 (remove after things are back to normal)
3) start litecoin-qt with -rescan (remove after things are back to normal)

Also, .073 is a VERY high fee.  I haven't sent litecoin in a while, but you should only need .001 to .003 to get it sent for a small (in terms of bytes) tx.

I have 3 different addresses that contain funds, how can I do it?

Before we start messing with wallets, go ahead and check your three addresses here: https://live.blockcypher.com/ltc/.  Paste them into the search box at the top.

Make sure the funds have not been sent yet.

Okay I think I see the problem here. LP5i5M2nYZMCZf38U7DL91U9xw83H2g8Gz has no balance- the 1.22 ltc that was in it was sent to two addresses back in 2013, which means that the tx you are trying to do is invalid.  It seems one of two things has happened:

1) Your wallet is missing that transaction, and still thinks that there is 1.22ltc at that address. How to fix:
     1) close your litecoin-qt
     2) right-click the shortcut icon used to launch it and go to properties
     3) add " -rescan" without quotes to the very end of the text in the "target" box and hit okay
     4) double click the shortcut
     5) It will rescan the entire blockchain looking for transactions from all addresses in your wallet.  This might take a while- it will show progress
     6) Once the rescan is complete, it should show the balances between the three addresses as 5.072, NOT 6.292.  You can now send the ltc.

2) Your blockchain is corrupt.  This is ugly, but can be fixed.  You will unfortunately have to delete your current blockchain and re-download it.  This could take days.

TRY OPTION 1 FIRST AND POST HERE WHEN YOU'VE FINISHED.  DON'T DELETE ANYTHING UNTIL YOU'VE TRIED TO RESCAN.

Let's try using a different wallet software instead of litecoin-qt

1) download electrum-ltc [https://electrum-ltc.org/] standalone
2) Run it
3) Initial setup
     1) Auto connect > next
     2) Name your wallet > next
     3) Standard Wallet > next
     4) "Use public or private keys" > next

4) Get your private keys for the addresses from litecoin-qt
     1) Go to Help > Debug window > Console
     2) For each of the three addresses type "dumpprivkey [address]" without quotes or brackets
     3) copy the private key it gives you and paste it in the text box in electrum-ltc

5) Once you have your private keys pasted into electrum, hit next
7) Enter a password or leave it blank > next
6) It will take ~15 mins to scan the blockchain for transactions from/to those addresses (there are 1.27 million blocks to check).  Watch progress by going to Tools > Network and watch the Blocks number.  When it hits 1270140, it's synced

Let me know what the final balance is once it has scanned the blockchain

Glad it worked!  As for the 1.22ltc, apparently you spent it way back in Nov 2013.  I'm not entirely sure why your litecoin-qt is missing that.  Are these the only addresses in your wallet?  I ask because if you want to continue to use litecoin-qt, you will need to re-download the blockchain, and you'll want to be careful about not deleting your wallet file.

If you like the new electrum wallet, I'd just keep using that.  However, before deleting the litecoin core data files, make sure you back up the wallet.dat file to a secure location.
