Nothing is wrong. The transaction has been confirmed and it is relatively safe to assume that they will remain that way. The coins are now in the destination addresses as in the transaction. If you are the seller, send the good. If you are buying something, ask that person to send the good.

first transaction i sent it with low fees, then i edited the fees and resent. but second transaction i did not edit i sent it directly with 6.5$ fees

Both of your transaction is now confirmed and it is simply too hard for it to be double spent. It is VERY HIGHLY unlikely that you can ever spend those coins(inputs used in transaction) again.

Is the destination 123cpYhye3LZ1j9eRtpMWXmasGE6ETDAt3 and is the intended amount of Bitcoin supposed to be (0.02236572+0.01237)BTC? If yes, then the sale should go through as per normal.
