Just registered on the bitshares exchange, and there is no one there. In the sense that there is no liquidity.
Is there anybody who has exp in trading on dex?

Waves you mean?
I once had a few coins there, the small volume is not very attractive for traders who have big capital.
So far DEX is safe and reliable. Please try it

Why do you think the conception of dex has not gained popularity? why does no one want to trade there?

What do you mean? Exchanger bitshares or waves dex? Both altcoins have their own platform and exchanger, both equally good and safe, but to trade there seems less profitable.

Actually bitshares also have their own DEX (Decentralized EXchange).

Probably it's hard to understand and the advertising for exchange is not really much comparing with centralized exchange.
