Last time it was Bitcoin cash, before that BitCoin was on a massacre.. What is it this time?

I'm sure it's nothing. Probably just normal buy and sell. We did reach the "symbolical" $5k that many users were waiting for a long time, so maybe a lot of them start selling after that. I know I sold some because of that, and already bought it again for some profit. The China announcement regarding ICO could be linked to it as well, but I don't think it was that, since most of us already knew what was happening.

I used to worry about things like this but Crypto is so fast paced now I know corrections are followed, usually within days by the upside.

You sound like a gambler instead of investor. Corrections and pullbacks are very well detectable by simple chart analysis. If you didn't sell at 5K and aren't buying back right now you don't no what you are doing. Cheesy

Well, always profit-taking and corrections will happen after a huge rally.

Caue you gotta make mountains as you go up, you can't just have a straight line otherwise theres no floor. So this is good. It seems to follow the same trajectory as the previous boom & bust which means we are going to see another increase of 30 billion then a drop probably.

Not so much a bloodbath, just a little market correction. Just chill and watch it happen, everything is going to be fine.

I think it is due to two reasons. On the one hand, a correction to be expected after prices have risen massively over weeks. Such corrections have been made many times. The second reason is uncertainty as to how far the Chinese government will monitor or even ban ICOs. A lot of money for ICOs comes from China and also most miners are in China so that such uncertainties have a big impact.

Have I missed anything? What bloodbath? The Bitcoin is in excellent health. Bitcoin was under 3000$ before BitCash and look, where it is now. Maybe just a few people are a bit upset about high transactions fees but nothing to worry.

You rely on perpetual growth? This is a correction and it was supposed to happen a long time ago.

There will always be growth or recession, small fluctuations of the crypto currency is a common thing, wait a bit and everything will be in its place.

This is not a bloodbath. Just normal price swings and market movement. Though we've seen such a thing in alts about 2 months ago where everything was in red for weeks.

Correct. It is not posible to be always in green position.
The trend is always bullish. This is the most important thing.

meh 4900 to 4500 is nothing really, a proper crypto drop would be from 5000 to 2000 in two months or so, then a slow steady rise/stagnation for some time, then a rapid and explosive gain to new heights, and...repeat.  nothing to worry about.  Now if a major exchange were to go all out GOXX then Id start to worry.

We have been growing without a major pullback for a full month. Just another correction down before we continue to move forward.

i agree with you, aslo i found many posts above doesnt care whats happening at all, they just think its the market adjustment itself, it's ridiculous turn a blind eye on the objective reason

Fluctuations in cryptocurrencies prices are completely normal. Nothing special is happening.

That's it. This is not anything near being a bloodbath.
