Well, trying to look on the bright side, you know Bitcoin is starting to gain mainstream traction when people start spending this much time and effort into concocting a scam.

I wonder if this device will run "Battlefield 4" when it ships later in 2013.

For giggles I called their customer support number and you get a message saying "Telephone number 248-283-8835 can't take your call right now, please leave a message".  A landline in Detroit.  And if you want to pay for one of these fabulously fake machines, you have to send a wire transfer.

Nitrogen sourced from the atmosphere to cool the unit sounds pretty badass I must admit.

Man, they have a lot of imagination.

We mainly insist that FrostBit™ Cryonic Bitmining units be installed on level ground in a well-ventilated and dust-free room. During the first 24 hours, Nitrogen gas from the environment will be collected and stored within leaving a slightly Oxygen rich environment. NEVER run your FrostBit™ Cryonic Bitmining units running near an open flame.

Now I want a liquid nitrogen cooled 1 TH/s ASIC miner that does video processing... Sad

After digging through some js, I found where they got the design from: http://www.bitwize.com.lb

Well, I assume whoever scammers probably stole the design from them, since Bitwize seems to be a legitimate Lebanese firm.

I haven't found the exact design yet, but I'm sure it's out there because there is no way a scammer would pay for this. Also, I searched through Bitwize's social media accounts, but couldn't find any explicit connection to Bitcoin, so I'm just going to assume whoever is behind Cryoniks started googling phrases that started with "bit", came across this website, and decided to steal a design.

I have family in that city.  I just might have my brother in law pay him a surprise visit.
