I see 120 days ago there was the same topic. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=82472.0

Anyone else use this exchange? https://bitnz.com/ unreachable.

I did get one page saying under maintenance, but now nothing.

I also find the guy who runs it, Daniel, very slow to answer queries.  I hope he is not doing a runner with all our money/bitcoins.

The stock market today is a war zone, where algobots fight each other over pennies, millions of times a second.

Yup I've noticed that as well. I've sent him an e-mail. I've found he's been pretty reliable over the last year or so, plus he's registered with the Companies Office and all that jazz, so I'm sure things will be OK. Apparently it's under "maintenence".

Well, don't make the mistake of doing a bank transfer directly to the account.

He not replied to me about that, so I have to go to the trouble of getting a reversal.

His policy of no online deposits is annoying.

I see https://www.bitinnovate.com/ are the same, cash only.

Only https://coined.co.nz/buy/ accept online deposits, but you pay a premium fixed market price. Right now, http://bitcoin.stoto.net/ has :

BitStamp   124.04
MtGox   126.699
BTC-E   121.6

Take highest at NZD 126.69 USD   =   156.730 NZD. coined is asking NZ$164.31 = 1 Bitcoin.

That's a 4.8% premium, which is actually better than bitinnovate's 7.9%.

https://bitnz.com/ is up again. Lets hope we can get back to business :-)

Yes, you are right, coined is not bad if you in a rush.

There is a new service out for the purchase and sale of Bitcoins in Australia, United States of America, New Zealand, United Kingdom and Canada. http://nz.snip.ws/.

Looks similar to https://coined.co.nz/buy/ as in a fixed price offered at moment. They seem to only want to buy at the moment. There sell link goes to invalid page.
