90% of the ICOs are scam it has been proven with the experts reviews and have been listed on so many websites. There must be regulation introduced by the government else people will loose their hard earned money & they will loose their trust in this crypto field because of the scam ICOs. Today I saw news about new way of reaching Hardcap by cheating exposed by the ICODROP. This scam ICOs reach hard cap by sending collected funds with help of escrow to themself and show the fake salling of their token. Once they reach on the exchange price of the token gets down drastically.
Check this screenshot for reference.

Here the twitter link about some dishonest ICOs faking Hardcap reached

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

ICO regulation has advantages and disadvantages for us. The advantage is that we can invest in them with confidence. The risk is small, but the profit from it will be less. The disadvantage is that if there is no supervision, then there will be many ICOs in the whole market. Most of them are scams, so the risk of investment will be even greater.

I think it will be quite beneficial, if it doesn't alter the essence of the cryptos themselves, but in reality there are too many scams going on and we need something to regulate the market to avoid scaring away the people who are learning, if every time someone comes into this world they are going to get scammed it can became in a very negative image in this environment.

Im my opinion ico regulations help investors not to be scammed, because different organizations like SEC will check all the information about the team and their backgrounds.

I think regulation of ICO would be a good thing as long as it is not pushed too far. Because there are so many ICOs which are scam and don't get punished for there crimes, government should track down these people and pt them in jail.
But the other thing is that with more regulations governments will require the identity of the investors meaning KYC would become mandatory which is a bad thing because a majority of us wants to stay anonymous and don't want to pay taxes or anything on their earnings.

Ico regulations to me will be one of the best decision ever made in Cryptocurrency world,  imagine about more than 60% of ICOs are scams,  and I believe that if regulations is put in place,  it will be a cleanser in the market,  thereby encouraging more investors

Nobody can tell for now.  We have seen unregulated ICO space and it has not been bad after all!  If government insist on Regulations, it will definitely kill creativities around cryptocurrency development!  It will be nice to see how the ICO will look like with regulations then we can choose what we want!

I think that it should be self-regulating organizations with minimal state interference. Otherwise, the whole meaning of this method of investment will disappear.

I think there is a negative and positive impact if the regulations is going to happen. The market being decentralized has been exploited by many illegal activities which results negative views about cryptocurrency but if regulation will really happen then this could be minimize.

It is a very good idea if ICO will be regulated ,because of the so many experiences of the participants that the ICOs are scams ,at least if it will be regulated it could be closely monitored and filtered while being launched, this might prevent from scams activities.

I think that regulations in some scale is necessary thing for cryptoworld at the moment. There are a lot of scammers right now attracted to the cryptoworld as it was earlier in the Wild West. Regulations must attract to the market honest people and must be liberal enough to don't interfere with its development.

From one viewpoint it is sure on the grounds that the security methodology will put fringes around the ICOs, taking note of and checking tokens and issuing speculation hazard alarms. In case of a high market hazard, the arrangement announces a high likelihood of denying and suspending such Initial Currency Offers. So soon, great promoting and guarantees won't be sufficient for the ICOs to make their presentation.

Apparently South Korean government will make a move deciding if the ICO will become a legal model.

Regulation is good everywhere but it must be balanced and correct. In the worst situation it will bring so many problems that the collapse will be here.

In the case of crypto it can't be something good because crypto is independent and its regulation will lead serious problem like lack of people and money.

It is good. Just take a look at the market and you will see that the market is overrun with scam coins. There needs to be some kind of regulation that will prevent just anyone from creating coins and pushing them into the market. There has to be some kind of rules or else in a couple of months, there are not going to be any kind of legit icos left to invest in.

There's good and bad, good because we will only see legit ICO with a real team and real project, bad because we are in a decentralized industry and majority of the people in the crypto world do not like centralization and regulation because this is meant to be decentralized.

regulation for ico is very useful ,, to maintain capital security from investors who invest their funds in an ico, as well as to avoid the scam icos so ico becomes a healthy place to invest

For sure regulations of ICOs is inevitable and i believe the next trend after regulations will be the security tokens. A lot of real life companies could join to crypto through security tokens issuing.
