I think that ICO must be regulated. And we should not mix definition of cryptocurrency and ICO. Cryptocurrency can not be contolled, bcause it is nature of crypto. But ICO it is just way of crawdfunding and must be regulated as fiat crowdfunding projects.

It will be good just like the stock market exchange that has been accepted and regulated already by all of the governments around the world. Cryptocurrency is also the same with stock market exchange but the best thing about cryptocurrency is that one could earn huge profit because of its market price volatility compared to stock market exchange.

More and more countries are planning to regulate ICOs. China, Canada, Russia,... I think this in an development nobody can stop. Do you think it is good or bad that ICOs will be more regulated in the near future? What positive and negative influences will it probably have?

I think there will be more investors like professional managed funds or even retirement funds which will invest into ICOs. The prices for ICOs will then become even more expensive and make it more difficult to make profits for small investors.
decentralization objectives prevent financial concentration but also have a negative side, for example, as there will be people who take advantage of this loophole due to lack of supervision if regulations are made and monitored I don't think it's bad

If it would be regulated as it's have rules and regulation for this particular business , I think this will happen if we will be in centralize system like it is under the government system , maybe this will happen in the future but personally I don't like the Idea .

I think that is good because too many ICOs are scam and endanger investors so regulation for ICO is the right choice for current conditions.
and I think there will be many people who agree with ICOs regulation.

the positive ico will be safer because no one dares to escape after regulation. the ico team will continue to work well. the bad may be only a token exchange rate problem which will be difficult to develop because there must be certain restrictions on regulation.

I think we need regulation to some extent because we cannot go on like this, Ico developers running away with people's money and they are not persecuted and they can leave their project like that without obligation to their investors and community, this is becoming very rampant and has to be stopped once and for all.

I think ICO regulation is very good for the cryptocurrency market, but I am not sure that these governments will do this. Some governments hate cryptocurrencies, so I am not sure that the launch of ICO projects will be regulated in the future. Perhaps only a few countries can be realised.

For me there is nothing bad to have regulation, so I believe this measure could stimulate market to grow, so it is what I am waiting for.
So many manipulators around us, so I think there should be regulator solving these issues.

It is not good to regulate the free decentralized market, but probably there is no other choice, so many scams recently were launched and we have to fight with them.

If some countries will regulate the number of ICOs in their specific country then it will have some advantage/s and disadvantage/s in some part. There will be a possibility that it can regulate the number of scam ICOs which being published by unknown management/s, it will also increase the number of public and private investors if newly ICOs will be published.

It is a great idea to regulate ICO because we need to find a way of how to protect investors from different art of scam projects. Because otherwise we will lose a lot of audience and maybe the whole ICO market will die.

I do not think it is going to be the best decision. Because regulation is not what the crypto currencies are standing for, the idea is to create an ecosystem that is fully automated without any third party and governments regulations do not correlate with that.

It seems to me that this is more good than bad. If the ICO's will be regulated, there will be less scam, therefore - fewer deceived investors. And everyone will be happy.

I believe that this will be extremely positive. The regulation will provide the necessary level of protection for the interests of investors. Many scammers disguise themselves as organizers of the ICO. So they can earn a huge amount of money on trustful investors with impunity. In addition, there are developers on the market who, due to lack of experience, simply cannot bring their own projects to life. It is for this reason that many governments want to regulate the scope of ICO, as in this case they can provide real protection for the interests of investors.

Am in support of ICOs regulations because it will give authorities the chance to see to it that any ICO capable of accepting a working projects an ICO team should be able to figure out an existing problem in the society and be able to fix such problem on the blockchain technology making it a global problem. If icos are regulated properly the will be low rate of scam ICO that tend to run away with investors found.

it is a contraversary question as when they are controlled too much we will suffer but the same will happen if scammers continue to grow

The idea of regulation is good and bad at the same time. It contradicts the idea of the market and decentralization! In the market, the principle of natural selection should prevail, that's more relevant.

For me it is preferable to have regulated ico. In this case we can avoid a good part of scams

For now, I can say it's bad because it's often scams when project able to releases, I believe there's a reason for that which is behind the market regulation. Although it comes in that situation I'm still waiting for the market recovery.
