Yeah most of the people that get enough of all the ridiculous ICO with nearly zero law to comply, they want something that is legit and real and ico regulation is one way to get to rhat point.

I think there will be more investors like professional managed funds or even retirement funds which will invest into ICOs. The prices for ICOs will then become even more expensive and make it more difficult to make profits for small investors.

In this there are both good and bad sides (more bad) good is that there will be less scam projects, fees will be more transparent, well, the minuses are much bigger and the biggest of them is that the main goal in regulation is to tax everyone completely start controlling the crypt.

I have met many projects like you said, but at the present time. Most projects receive investment from large investment funds, leaving only about 20% of the money that ICOs get from small investors.
