I would like to sell a HashFlare contract of 10 TH/s of SHA256 for 0.35 BTC.

The contract expires on 31st August 2018.

Based on the exchange rate at the time of writing this (1 BTC = ~$4560) the following figures are provided for comparison:

• New HashFlare contract for 10 TH/s = ~0.5263 BTC or $2400 at $240 per TH/s.
  This contract for 10 TH/s = 0.35 BTC or ~$1600 at $160 per TH/s

I am willing to entertain reasonable counter offers.
