Unsure if this has been posted yet, but there is a new altcoin exchange coming that has been made and advised by some well known alt traders in the space. Pre-registrations are open now and you can refer people to earn on their trading fees. I'm guessing that the most popular trex/polo pairs will be added. Seems promising.

Well you can find some more info on their website, but not much there yet since it's just at the pre-registration phase. The traders that advise them are some very old and trustworthy people I've seen and known from a few years back.

Well there is no clear answer for that, we will see it as they open gates and start gaining traction (if). Bittrex did a good job on scaling so far, but I have some problems with the UX on both Bittrex and Poloniex from a trading perspective. Hope since this one is being founded by traders that they will have a nice UI and features.
