You definitely shouldn't do these some tokens are listed on eth network some on waves both of them are completely different if you give them your waves address it won't process.

Unlike btc eth network allows people to create tokens which can circulate throught their network the working of eth wallet is just like a normal wallet for tokens you will have to put the contract address , symbol and decimal of the token , this will be provided by the token issuers.
You can't simply convert a token it needs to listed on a exchange.

That is not possible a wallet is something that only holds the coin it doesn't allow us to make any exchange it's just like a vault we can store our money or gold but we can't sell our gold to the vault.

I dont know anymore like an experienced person or who have more knowledge about crypto network.just i want to clear your question through my simple knowledge. In crypto Btc, ethernium, waves etc these coin has different network of their own .Some coin ERC20 (ethernium based token) they are accepted by eth.because it is discovered in ethernium network.but these erc20 token is not accepted by waves network.
example : SNC, TGT,MYB these are ethernium based token if you sent these coin to myetherwallet then you see in you token balance.
EOT token,is an waves based token. waves support EOT token and other coin which are in waves network.but does not support snc,tgt,myb because these are eth based token.
So i hope you can understand where you put waves wallet or where myetherwallet.

To store erc20 tokens, you need a ethereum wallet which you own private keys for example my ether wallet, you can only store tokens which is created on waves platform on a waves address.

Open a wallet on myetherwallet and you can store all of your ethereum based tokens ERC20 in that wallet.You will have your own private key to log in when you create a new address. Also if you participate in an ICO, you can send from this wallet and receive ERC20 tokens here. Sometimes the tokens may not show up, in which case you may manually add them.
You cannot give Waves address when asked for Eth address because waves platform doesnot support those tokens and you may lose them. Waves DEX lets you add Eth on their platform though.

I think the easiest way to manage ERC20 tokens is to use Myetherwallet (MEW). You may use any ETH address with the private key and sign in on Myetherwallet.com. If some tokens are not integrated into MEW you may add custom token.
