No transaction ID generated from my wallet service

Hi all, I sent bitcoin to Cex.io wallet  3GJ5xTtgzMNmpKcs2PaCb9fyjjmFSCFveU, but no transaction id got generated from the transaction and it did not reach the intended destination. The amount of bitcoins got deducted from my Zebpay wallet 36J8up5Tf9GHLXXuDoMWcFim5icZGg3Wkn. As such I am left with no reference to track the transaction. Further, after i sent the bitcoins, cex.io renewed all bitcoins addresses but assured that old addreses would still be valid.
What will happen to my bitcoins, will it return to my zebpay wallet. 4 days have elapsed and nothing is happening.
INSHORT: What is the reason that no transaction id generated. Is it the problem with zebpay or cex.io or waiting in bitcoin network itself. Whom to contact???

Contact ZebPay. They didn't send the transaction at all, as far as I can tell. It is not the fault of cex.io or the network. Demand for a transaction ID as a proof.

Since your bitcoin is from zebpay wallet better to contact them use this link to send a ticket to them ..

You said the amount of bitcoin was deducted from your Zebpay wallet (36J8up5Tf9GHLXXuDoMWcFim5icZGg3Wkn) but there's no even single transaction had been made with this wallet ever since.

Yes that is another problem i have been seeing recently. My wallet shows everything zero in spite of the fact that I have already made some transactions and also has got some btc balance in it.

my transaction was cancelled by Zebpay and btc got reverted to my wallet. Case closed. Thanx everyone
